Overview of the Reservation Sales and Customer Service Representative
Some of the duties and responsibilities of the Reservation Sales and Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to taking inbound calls from customers, actively listening to customers and understanding their needs, providing solutions tailored to each customer, and resolving customer issues and complaints, and up-selling or cross-selling.
Education and Qualifications Needed
To be considered for this position, you must:
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Have at least three years of job experience in a customer service or sales-related position.
- Have at least one year working in a performance-driven or metric-driven role.
- Have the ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Have excellent communication skills and active listening skills.
- Be able to deliver exceptional customer service.
Technical and Home Office Requirements
For this position, the company will provide a desktop, USB keyboard and mouse, a headset, an ethernet cable, and a flash drive.
You must provide a monitor, a surge protector, high-speed, and hard-wired internet. Your internet must be at least 10 Mbps, and WiFi is not allowed.
According to their website, if your internet service doesn’t support their network, you’ll need to have a home telephone service and a corded dial pad.
All training for this position is completed remotely, from home. All training sessions are held Monday through Friday, and you are paid for all training.
At this time, they only hire in 28 states, and you must live in one of the following states to be considered for this position.

Pay and Benefits
