Overview of the Customer Success Associate

 

The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for managing a book of business. The CS Associate will advocate and manage customer expectations, identify customer goals, and help them achieve them by adopting the GrowFlow product.

This role will work with the Sales, Activation, and Chat Support teams to represent the customer internally and advocate for the customer’s concerns.

Responsibilities

Some of the duties of this position include:

  • Work one-on-one with customers to solve problems and provide a good impression of the company. 
  • Make the customer feel as though they are your only concern. 
  • Retain customers by building long-term relationships.
  • Contact customers to develop a relationship.
  • Assist customers and provide guidance via phone, email, text, or Zoom.
  • Support customers’ business goals and anticipate how to meet them.
  • Collaborate with your internal teams to drive continual product improvement.

Education and Qualifications Needed

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following:

  • Have at least three years of experience in a customer success or account management role.
  • Have proven relationship-building and customer service experience.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience maintaining CRM data.
  • Experience using software such as Zoom, Google Suite, and Slack.
  • Ability to understand metrics.
  • Ability to de-escalate upset customers and retain upset customers.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.

Technical Requirements

You’ll need to have a quiet home office free from distractions. You’ll also need a computer with a microphone and a webcam along with reliable internet service.

Interview Information

The company conducts three main interviews along with reference checks.

The first interview consists of basic questions. The second is discussing what’s on your resume. And the third discusses all of the requirements and qualifications for the position.

Training

All training for this role is completed remotely and paid for by the company.

Pay and Benefits

The starting pay for this position is $50,000 per year or roughly $24.00 per hour.
