Overview of the Customer Support Representative

A few of the essential job duties for this position include:
- Provide customers with quality product and technical solutions in order for them to realize their goals utilizing the products and services.
- Troubleshoot, create test scenarios, and investigate software issues based on customer product use.
- Learn and maintain expert knowledge of all the company’s products.
- Meet service level agreements by proactively managing customer request tickets.
Education and Qualifications Needed
- Must have outstanding customer service skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Must be compassionate and empathetic toward customers.
- Ability to assess and troubleshoot issues and follow up with customers.
- Must be able to reproduce and document issues for further escalation.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Must have a positive attitude.
This position is technical in nature, and candidates who have experience with Saas, digital design, Photoshop, HTML, CSS, using helpdesk software, or troubleshooting server applications, networks, or hardware are preferred but not required.
